Subscription Refunds

TurboDeploy offers digital subscription-based services. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We do not provide refunds for:

Partial subscription periods
Unused time or features
Account cancellation after billing
Downgrades or plan changes

Free Trial & Evaluation

Users are encouraged to evaluate TurboDeploy through any available free tier or trial before purchasing a paid subscription.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if there is a proven technical issue that prevents the Service from functioning as described and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our merchant of record. Any chargebacks or payment disputes are handled in accordance with Paddle's policies.
